I recently completed a two-week Intensive Portuguese course, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The course covered A1 content, providing a solid foundation for studying the Portuguese language.

The class was small, with only seven students, which created a very intimate and supportive learning environment. We had three hours of lessons each day, and the time flew by thanks to the engaging and dynamic teaching methods.

Although I am still not fluent in Portuguese, this course has given me a great start and the confidence to continue learning. I believe this is the best place to begin your journey with the Portuguese language. I took the A1 intensive course with Frederico and was really impressed by his approach, and the way he organised the content, and structured the classes.
In just two weeks, I feel like I have a good grasp of the language basics, vocabulary, and even feel more immersed in Portuguese culture as a whole.
If I find some more free time in
the future I’d look no further and certainly take up his A2 course too.

Excellent learning experience!  Frederico is an extremely insightful person.  He keeps the class interested and interesting by carefully blending the learning of grammar with interactive exercises and adjusting the content and pace to meet the learning needs of each class.
The workbook and website tools - videos and podcasts - are well designed and support the learning process.

I enjoyed taking the Level A1 course with Frederico and learned a great deal. It is an excellent starting point for learning Portuguese.

Frederico is one of the best teachers that I have encountered during my adult life.  He explained the Portuguese language in a way that helped me to understand the language better and once you have an understanding it is much easier to learn.   I also enjoyed the class interaction.  I did an online course and that just didn't work as well for me.  I needed the in-person teaching and the opportunity to actually speak in a safe environment.
I highly recommend Frederico's classes.
